idling ambulances

We could all stop idling ambulances while in hospitals. The drug freezing argument is bull. It takes a really long time to freeze and the temperature has to be below minus 10(I think). We can do our part by asking others to do the same.
Question of the day
can you be a smoker and and environmentalist.
I thought the ems green team was based on color code.
I can certify Mark as green, he moves so slow and infrequently that his emissions has to be below normal.

If slow is green then what is reverse?

Here's a couple of thoughts:
Could an argument be made that mobile deployment is wasteful? How about standbys? I don't mean to sound like I have an agenda here but maybe we should encourage green in the areas where it helps us out as well!

slow is green because you burn less energy, excreting less co2. We could cut down mobile deployment by complaining Toronto
anti pollution dept about ambulances idling on street corners.
Did you hear about the 24 hr concert for global warming. It's like having an orgy to promote celibacy.
With all the power used to run a 24 hr worldwide concert, the stars driving in their limos, flying in on their private jets, all the televisions running. We would all be better off having a sleep in for 24 hrs.
Methane is an important green house gas, maybe we can design a personal fart collector which traps the gas . The gas can then be dl into a central system which could be used to fire up a power plant.

You misunderstood: the concert for global warming is actually FOR global warming, so the private jets and power consumption all makes sense now.

I heard that Al Gore has a home that consumes something like 20 times what the average home consumes but that he makes up for this by purchasing Carbon credits. So I can now drive to and from Lindsay in the Nissan Quest you sold me with peace of mind, by simply buying some carbon credits and knowing there's some poor bastard planting trees in South America for 50 cents a day on my behalf, while they are burning the other end of the forest faster than ever.

Just remember: life is simpler when we don't ask too many questions Brian.
